Denise's Bio

Denise's focus is to relieve pain due to muscular tension, postural imbalances, injury or repetitive strain through a combination of remedial techniques including Myofascial cupping, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilisation, passive & active stretching.

She has experienced working with people of all ages with varying degrees of mobility.
