A HICAPS facility for on the spot claiming with eligible participating health funds is available. The applicable gap may be paid by cash, EFTPOS or by direct deposit (*conditions apply).  We recommend that you check with your health insurance provider to ensure you may claim for this service. 

Cancellation Policy
We make a time in advance for your convenience and hold this time exclusively for you so we ask that you please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is not given or you fail to show up for your appointment.
